As evidenced by the Case Results, Mr. Campbell has won multiple lawsuits against large corporations as well as state and local governments recovering millions of dollars for thousands of individuals. Many of these lawsuits were class actions that involved issues of first impression and clarification of constitutional principles. Mr. Campbell graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law, magna cum laude, in 1992, and scored the highest score on the February, 1992 bar exam. He received his Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Texas in 1984 with a major in accounting and was licensed as a certified public accountant in Texas (inactive) and Arkansas (inactive). Mr. Campbell also is a Registered Investment Adviser Representative holding a Series 65 and is a Certified Valuation Analyst. He is licensed to practice law in Arkansas and Texas; the United States District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas; U.S. Court of Appeals, Eight Circuit;and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Campbell is a member of the American Bar Association; Arkansas BarAssociation; Pulaski County Bar Association; American Institure of Certified Public Accountants; and National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. |
